Review of The Quiet American (2002) by Brett W — 15 Nov 2007
Dispite one of the worst book adeptations ever to be written, the performances of Caine & Fraser are amazing. This is one of my most favourite books ever and it was such a joy to see it one the screen.
However, the screenplay was terrible and Noyce is a really strange director (deffinatly not one of my top 100) but never-the-less, it is still held together with wonderful acting and it still carries the strong message.
