Review of The Quiet American (2002) by Jim G — 05 Mar 2011
Based on a novel with a story set in 1952 Vietnam during the French occupation and just before the Americans entered the war. Caine and Fraser create deep and interesting characters. Caine a journalist and Fraser a doctor.
The two share interests in the same Vietnamese lady. A very well written story beautifully filmed. I do recommend this movie.
