Review of The Quick and the Dead (1995) by Jonathan B — 29 Oct 2007
Pretty cool action movie, lots of great gun fights and some cool dialog. When you reflect on this movie, you really feel that it's far too much style of substance though. The characters feel one dimensional, and Sharon Stone's acting ruins the good performances that Hackman, DiCaprio, and Crowe turn in.
I feel like 3 stars might be a little too high, but it's entertaining enough to earn them.
