GOSH, every time I watch a Woody Allen movie I think...is this movie ABOUT ME??? Which is a feeling a lot of people share, which is why he's so great. But really. Is this movie about me??? Watching this.
..it's a tribute to movies, and even more than that to "Real Life." IT'S AMAZING the underlying commentary on reality, love, sexuality, filmmaking, storytelling, humor......and yet it really is just an engaging movie that succeeds on a more "mainstream" level than many of Allen's films.
SERIOUSLY when the men I love come down off the movie screen to woo me, I will thank Woody Allen. It's happening, don't worry about it.
