Review of The Proposition (2005) by Chris E — 09 Nov 2009
With beautiful cinematography, an enchanting score, strong acting throughout, and graphic, brutish violence; we witness the bond shared between three brothers, and a local lawman attempting to stave off the harsh, brutal world that is rural Australia.
The journey to my heart was there to be made, as was that to a brilliant film, but they both got lost in too many unnecessary detours along the way.
