Review of The Proposition (2005) by Richard G — 23 Jun 2008
Tip-top film here which I really enjoyed. The characters were deep and immense and it was delightfully brutal. However, it was ruined by the pretentious whispering poetry which was totally unnecessary and could have been filled with moody background noise or possibly a dissonant dirge.
Reservations aside, it was a cracking film.
