I saw this many years ago when it first came out on video; just watched it again. If you like film noir, this is a great example. Maybe a tad too long, but still, a great film. I really hadn't seen either Lana Turner or John Garfield in much before this--I'm kind of smitten with both of them! And you see quite a bit of a very young Hume Cronym.
