At the time it was a massive return to the multi-million-dollar movie and the full orchestral score. But beneath that was a lack of plot, a bad script, and wooden performances, even from the legendary Gene Hackman.
The one-for-all-and-all-for-one attitude wears unbelievably thin here, which is saying something.
