I give this entry a 3 only because of the plot. The humor and gags are a 4. but, it becomes a little too silly, and I esp disliked the ending, which was ignored for the next entry completely. [shrugs] but, relax, and just enjoy Sellers.
He was having a hoot creating the gags, despite the story. and it shows.
