Clearly the best Panther film. Clouseau is not portrayed as the main character in this movie as he is in the other ones, and this actually can lead you to rooting AGAINST him. It's this characteristic of the viewer rooting against the protagonist that sets it apart from other movies and this one's sequels.
And who doesn't love the soundtrack?
