This is the worst movie I have ever seen. The main character is a bitch right from the opening scene and continues to be even bitchier as the movie progresses. How can anyone have any feeling for this virago other than rage? Why is she important at all? Why should I care if she dies in a fire? If I could see her brutally murdered at the end of it, it may have had a moticum of merit, but instead they just chop off her fingers.
They should have ripped her apart from the inside, then tortured her some more. What a waste of 2 hours of my life. I want it back Jane Campion!
