Absolutely fantastic film. Watched it as a child and loved it, but my mother accidentally wiped the ape, and as far as I know, it's not available on DVD (It really should be). I'm now the proud owner of an internet download, and havign watched the film again as an adult I can confidentally say that this is still a fantastic film. Show it to your children, I didn't realise how educational it was when I was small, but thinking back, I learned LOADS!
Seriously, one of my favourite films ever, and thats a big compliment to any film.
