Review of The Perfect Guy (2015) by Andrew M — 12 Sep 2015
Wow, that was crap. This was an overblown made-for-TV thriller that somehow made it to theatres. The acting's not bad, but the dialog is atrociously melodramatic, and most of the emotion is carried by the overblown soundtrack.
The cinematography was mostly close-up shots lacking any cinematic artistry, while the occasional use of slo-mo was just laughable. On a TV at home this might have just been another bad film, but in a theatre thus is inexcusable.
