Review of The People vs. Larry Flynt (1996) by Shelly — 21 Feb 2010
A titilating and engrossing look at the life of Larry Flint from his humble beginnings up through his fight against those who would see him silenced. Harrelson performs admirably as Flint, showing signs of acting genius at times.
Love as his love interest wasn't much of a stretch, as she had to portray a strung out junkie. With some recognizable faces in the supporting cast, all putting forth a genuinely decent effort along with a captivating script makes this movie a very well put together piece of film.
