Nostalgic for any fans of these lovable memorable characters and faithful to the writing of Schultz who taught us the improvidence of failures and disappointments, the Peanuts Movie brilliantly captures what we love about these characters even with the 3D animation.

And best of all, gives a happy ending for Charlie Brown that shows how despite all his failures and concerns, what makes him such a great character is how hard he tries and how he does his best to maintain his own morals, compassion, and sense of honor.

Good ol' Charlie Brown!
