An amazing portrayal of what our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ went through in dying on the cross to save us from our sins. Dispite the R rating, every time I view this film, I am visually reminded of pain and torture God's Son had to endure for us, which always manages to bring tears of genuine sadness to my eyes, as well as tears of awe and gratefulness in remembrance of the ultimate sacrifice that He provided (as quoted in John 3:16).
