Review of The Passion of the Christ (2004) by Stafford V — 25 Oct 2014
For some reason, i've not seen this movie until now. I can see why it appeals to catholics, but mostly I think it's the best jesus movie i've seen, much closer to the original story than the likes of "son of god" with their shiny face, blond hair, blue eyes jesus and their sanitized bible stories.
it's a blood fest but my hat off to mel gibson nonetheless.
