Review of The Paradine Case (1947) by Jessi L — 01 Mar 2008
Franz Waxman composed the characteristically-melodramatic score. Now, if you're familiar with his work, you'll know to avoid him unless it's really quite the exception. This one isn't. Mediocre and hardly Hitchcock canon (more Selznick than anything else).
Just pass on it.
