Review of The Panic in Needle Park (1971) by Zack B — 09 Mar 2013
Very strong early performance by Pacino and a display of mastery behind the camera for only the second time by Jerry Schatzberg. It's a downer, sure, but there's so much worth in this film because of its relentless approach to the material.
