Review of The Ox-Bow Incident (1943) by Brian B — 07 Jun 2007
As far as Westerns go, The Ox-Bow Incident is one of the best. Now granted, as a rule, I am not a fan of Westerns but this one is different. Henry Fonda is really outstanding in his role, as is everyone else.
The story is simple, yet cultivating and there really is a moral message. It's a short film, only an hour and fifteen minutes, so give it a shot. Overall 3.5/4 Grade = B+.
