The Otherworld- A Celtic Fairytale tells the story of Lugh who after being enchanted by a fairy unwittingly crosses to the Otherworld where he falls in love with Immrama. The film is an exquisitely told story of forbidden love set in a magical world.
The charisma of the two leads brings the story to life and they are able supported by a cast of lively and diverse characters (including my personal favourite Gwydion). If the story and the characters aren't enough to get you hooked the stunning scenery certainly is.
This is a story for the ages, for all ages. Fantastic.
