Sketch films are flawed by nature by not having much of a narrative. It was as good as KENTUCKY FRIED MOVIE or THE TEN, but it doesn't quite reach the brilliance of MONTY PYTHON'S THE MEANING OF LIFE. However, THE ONION MOVIE does have Steven Seagal as a character called "Cockpuncher". So there you go.
