Despite an impressive cast of faces-you-recognise-but-don't-know-where-from, this film fails to live up to the more recent hilarity of the Onion News Network. Moments of outright laughter are far and few between, show host Len Cairou looks like he can't be arsed throughout and it's no good when Steven Seagal is the best thing in any movie.
Good ideas let down by execution.
