This is the second version of Richard Matheson's book, "I am Legend". It is the best of the three if you love movies which transport you back to an overblown, stereotypical era. I highly recommend watching it with several friends and scotch.
You can make a game of watching Charlton's chest hair becoming more and more exposed as each scene unfolds.
