Review of The Offence (1973) by Sakari L — 30 Jan 2009
An excellent yet rarely seen deliberately nasty 1970's drama about a nervous wreck cop and his child molester suspect. Hypnotic, agonizing and by today's standards very slow (almost no action here, just talk)! Also skillfully directed - and it's nice to see Connery in an ambitious role like this.
