Review of The Offence (1973) by Brad G — 09 Apr 2009
A deeply disturbing movie with a helluva troubled performance from Sean Connery. I can't remember a time in which I had more trouble watching a movie because it made me feel so darn uncomfortable. The conversation between Connery and his wife.
..the stuff he says to her is just so awful. And the final flashback interogation scene was almost too much to bear for me. It's not to say that this was not a good movie, I think it was...but, it played hell with my emotions and left me feeling profoundly sad.
Need to watch something uplifting now. Not VF.
