Review of The Odd Couple (1968) by Brian B — 15 Jan 2009
The humor is lightning fast. If you blink you'll miss it and be in the middle of the setup for the next joke. Neil Simon is one of the greatest comedy minds in the history of cinema. What a perfect pairing of Lemmon and Matthau.
No wonder they paired up so many times afterwards. I could watch this a thousand times and still laugh the whole way through.
