Review of The Night of the Iguana (1964) by Bleak M — 10 Jun 2008
This is not what you think by the title. As I began watching this I wasn't too sure if I would like it....it ended up turning into a deep story of anguish, guilt, and inner turmoil which, if we allow it, CAN lead us to the importance of not just living, but living to REALLY care for others.
.....also putting God in the picture and knowing HE has purposed us. It's difficult to explain, like I said, pretty deep on the emotional level. I really teared up during a very moving scene......definitely worth the watch if you like Drama and are willing to give it a chance.
