The banter between the two leads was hilarious, and the mystery was complex enough to keep me guessing. This might be Shane Black's best film, and I think it could have been a box office hit if they would have toned down the needless nudity in order to hit a PG-13 rating.
Crowe impressed me with his comedic chops, and Gosling complements him well. I couldn't believe how much I laughed out loud, and the action sequences were well-shot too. The Nice Guys is one of the most fun 2016 films I've seen.
