Review of The Nice Guys (2016) by Ginak — 21 May 2016
A disappointing film. I laughed, especially at Ryan Gosling, but I found a lot of things in the film offensive and not at all funny – for example, the unremitting violence and a 13-year-old girl at adult parties with her constantly drunk, totally brain-dead father.
Maybe I am just happy that the era in which the film was set is over, or maybe the film was just not very good. It definitely was much too long.
