Great cast and story but it does tend to drag a bit. It also lacks the emotional depth needed for a film centered on characters of this nature who you would need a connection with so by the end you are rooting for them or hoping they get caught.
It is an ok film to casually watch if there's nothing else. With the talent involved, it's not their worst but far from their best. C+.
