Sean Connery stars as a Monk who has a great gift and is able to see and analyze many things and is able to solve crimes much in the same style of another famous literary hero, Sherlock Holmes.
The film also boasts a young and impressive cast including Christian Slater and Ron Perlman.
This a great murder-mystery set in a very strange and interesting world. The film is very intense ans very good, one of the better ones from this genre I have seen.
