A hilarious parody of all shapes and sizes of crime films, The Naked Gun has silent era style slapstick and femme fatales a plenty. There are many cliches of crime films scattered throughout that are particularly hilarious to fans of the genre such as I.
I always rate comedy films mostly by their ability to keep me laughing, and this one did the job.
