Review of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) by Jason J — 13 Dec 2009
Actually not a bad movie as turned out which was suprising as its pretty dull going...
Man and wife happily doing life, wife get inspirational drawings to paper, of a dark evil moster being... almost angelic. Stranger things happening to man after that. The Chase for answers (allways so factual, are richard gere's films) leads to more and more and more, get the idea... dark premonitions, to divoluge the seeing to forseen future, to be tortured in knowledge of but not of the exacts .
Laura Linney is a good 'sceptic', playing the country police officer, even with things occuring right befor her eyes, sort-of, but sadly disbelieving/denying after the event leaves her character behind for mine. "Above all else, ignorance" is a discerning life lesson/ethic that is true to the poor ppl exposed to this. .. monster/entitys power of inter relm contact and murder.
