I didn't know anything about this before I watched it other than the books have cool covers and I kind of wanted to read them, got the movie to see what it's all about and I was extremely amazed at how awesome this movie is.
I was shocked in the best way possible. Went into it with little expectations and was just simply wowed. The ONLY thing it could have done without? The love triangle and teen romance bit, but even that wasn't bad.
Could have been Twilight. At least this story HAS plot.
