Most will complain about the lack of character development, action or plot by most people don't get it. This is a true story we don't get a lot of action because these men did not see action often and just came to usually do there work after battles, theres not going to be a scene of the in D-day screw your head on strait.
These men also do not have a lot o character development because the writers did not know much about them so it would be rude to make up things about there characters. And finally this movies plot was about them getting the paintings its not exactly going to be Lawrence of Arabia.
