Review of The Mist (2007) by Hank Q — 03 Dec 2014
Once again Stephen King's work shows us that it is humanity that is the true horror and to be feared much more than any tentacled insect monster from another dimension! The pace was excellent, with no long lead ups nor excess waste of time on sub plots that don't go anywhere.
The blend of both CGI and "old school" horror effects was excellent and scaled up the horror to a place that made me truly afraid for the characters and their predicament. Had me wondering what I would do in similar circumstances.
I really liked this movie.
