Review of The Midnight Meat Train (2008) by Joshua E — 20 Feb 2013
Despite the ridiculous title, this was actually a fairly decent and very very gory horror movie. Vinnie Jones has no dialogue in this movie which is probably a good thing because he still manages a little bad acting even though he is not speaking. This was one of his earlier movie roles, obviously before he perfected his acting craft and turned into the fine actor we see on our screens today.
The movie itself is fairly tense and it's unlike any other horror movie out there at the moment, although if you've read any of Clive Barker's stories previously then you'll know the outcome will be both very dark and a little surreal. If you want to see something different and gory then add this one onto your list.
