Review of The Man with the Golden Arm (1955) by Ross M — 14 Sep 2008
That Sinatra could act as well as sing is often totally forgotten. An impressive performance in what must have been fairly controversial for its time. Was reminded frequently of Paul Newman in the Hustler. Excellent score from Elmer Bernstein too.
