Review of The Lost Weekend (1945) by Garrett D — 02 Nov 2007
Kind of a downer, but very good. A great message it shares about alcoholism. This movie was sort of revolutionary in a way because alcoholism used to be expressed as a means of entertainment and social mingling.
This movie exposes the life behind an alcoholic. Probably something to be viewed at an AA meeting or something like that (rehab).
