Review of The Lookout (2007) by Matthew E — 21 Jul 2009
A pretty typical "bank robbery goes wrong" tale with a sprinkle of Fargo atmosphere. The film is redeemed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt's performance of a young man whose life had become hopeless from brain damage caused by a tragic high school car accident and must use Memento-style memory tricks to foil the bad guys.
Favorite scenes: Chris and Lewis interacting.
