Review of The Loft (2014) by Yany B — 27 Aug 2015

I really felt compelled to write about this, since so many people are just shitting all over it. Here's the thing people; it's not going to win the Academy over. I know shocker, right? The movie knows that. And what's more, and pretty admirable, is The Loft knows exactly what it is. It's a fun who- done- it movie. Pure popcorn. Yeah, at time it could've been less complicated. But if you're sitting down and paying attention and have half a brain, you can figure this movie out. It's not quite that big of a gripe.

A little over acted, yes. A little complex at times, yes. I called the ending in the first ten minutes but that's because I'm a super genius. My lady and I had fun guessing throughout and wondering what the next scene was. Three stars ladies and gents.
