Entertaining fare, but never amounts to anything memorable.
The unfortunate part is that it could have been great, but the movie lacked focus and discipline, pursuing too many storylines and conflicts.
Also, the depiction of Africa and its political situations is overly simplistic and feeds on stereotypes and cliches.
