Review of The Last Temptation of Christ (1988) by Daniel S — 23 Jun 2014
Even though it's filled with several inaccuracies, it does do a good job of presenting the doubts and fears Jesus might've(and most likely did) have. However, I doubt He was as unsure and doubtful as in the movie.
I'm sure He was scared of dying, but I doubt he lashed out at God, or doubted himself that much. Keitel is good as Judas, and I don't know who thought David Bowie should play Pilate, but he does ok I guess.
Still well-made and worth watching.
