A great confronting & challenging film that really chronicles Christ's mental struggle & temptation for another life than the one destined for him.
I can see why many where offended by the film, but they miss that the film is a hypothetical & explores possible quite realistic temptations of Christ.
William Dafoe was sensational as Christ didn't have the presence of Jim Cazaviel but added that deeper inner mental battle...not for everyone but I think it's a courageous film that's a must see.
