Surprisingly more fun than I was expecting, it's just a pity that Arnold seems a little rusty in the acting department here. Not that he was ever a candidate for an academy award of course. Once the movie gets going it has good pace and certainly entertains.
Forest Whitaker's part feels a little forced or contrived at times but he gets away with it. It's no classic but it's certainly worth a watch.
