Whitaker is terrific. He is able to send fear through his character,which it gives a strong idea about Idi Amin. I'm glad I saw the movie,because I didn't know about Uganda's biggest dictator.
He was carrying on a cruel politics and killed thousands of innocente people. This is so unfair...
