Review of The Lady Vanishes (1938) by Stephen R — 09 Jul 2009
It took me a few minutes to get into this film. The confusion of not really knowing what's going with multiple languages everywhere at the beginning was carried through by the quirky humor of the cast members.
Once the action and the mystery started, I really got into it. This movie is a great example of how special effects and $billion budgets don't make a great movie. Great movies are made with a great script and great acting.
