Review of The Lady Eve (1941) by Frank M — 29 Aug 2010
One of the few screwball comedies that I've seen that has a somewhat dense plot. Fonda and Stanwyck were wonderful together; and it was interesting to see Fonda do slapstick comedy, a treat to watch him do it.
With the romance, the plot twists, and goofyness, this is a classic that's hard to resemble and hard to compare to.
