Review of The King of Marvin Gardens (1972) by James-Masaki R — 02 Mar 2012
Interesting film with strong performances by all four leads, including Nicholson playing very out of character than he usually does (him smiling and looking charming in the picture here is very misleading), but with so much innovative filmmaking of the 70's and so many great character studies, this one easily got lost in the shuffle.
The last film of the very hit or miss (but always intriguing) BBS series.
